The terminology of green spin
There is now a whole new industry built around products proclaimed to be ‘eco-friendly, ‘carbon neutral’, ‘emission-free’ , ‘sustainable’ or ‘renewable’. Unfortunately the use of these words is often no more than a cynical marketing ploy used by companies simply interested in selling their product. We have seen it all before in the food and alternative health industry.
