Sustainability: the Book Crash Landing: Ireland’s response to Peak Oil, Global Warming and Food Scarcity You've seen the magazine, now read the book! This large format A4 publication, lovingly produced in the same style as the magazine, will provide a snapshot of Ireland at the present time and will offer a menu of options and strategies for long term survival and comfort in the years during and after the crash. Crash Landing will be published by the Sustainability Institute during 2008. The institute is still looking for financial backers for the project, which is estimated to cost about €80,000. Any individual or organisation interested in providing a low or zero interest rate loan - however small - for a period of 12-18 months is requested to get in touch.
